1. Introduction

Welcome to Ravi’s Repair Service. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Ravi’s Repair Service provides a range of services including, but not limited to:

  • Website hosting and web-related services
  • Website design and e-commerce development
  • IT solutions and technical support
  • Automation and business systems
  • PBX and communication systems
  • Business reporting and data analysis
  • Repair and handyman services

All services are provided based on agreed scope, pricing, and timelines.

3. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are provided based on the information available at the time.
  • Prices may change if the scope of work changes.
  • Any additional work outside the original agreement or scope may incur extra charges.
  • Payment terms will be communicated before work begins.
  • Quotations are valid for 30 days. Please ask for a pricing update should the quote be beyond 30 days from date of issue.
  • Stenographic and clerical errors are subject to correction at anytime.

4. Payments

  • Payment is required as agreed for each service or project.
  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • Hosting, subscription-based, or recurring services must be paid on time to remain active.
  • Any payment that is five (5) days or more overdue may be subject to a late fee of $100 for each subsequent five (5) day period during which the payment remains outstanding.

5. Website Hosting & Online Services

  • We aim to provide reliable and secure hosting but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining their website content unless otherwise agreed.
  • Backups may be provided depending on the hosting plan, but clients are encouraged to keep their own copies.
  • Clients are responsible to ensure secure passwords and MFA are used. 
  • Ravi's Repair Service will not be held responsible for hack or compromised websites due to insecure or compromised credentials, passwords or MFA.

6. IT, Automation & PBX Services

  • Services are provided based on best practices and client requirements.
  • Ravi’s Repair Service is not responsible for failures caused by third-party hardware, software, internet providers, or external systems.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate access and information required to complete the work.

7. Business Reporting & Data Handling

  • Data accessed or extracted during reporting services is handled confidentially.
  • Reports are generated based on the accuracy of data provided by the client’s systems.
  • Ravi’s Repair Service is not responsible for decisions made solely based on reports provided.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate access and information required to complete the work.

8. Repair & Handyman Services

  • Work is performed with reasonable care and professionalism.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden issues discovered during repairs.
  • Clients must ensure safe access to work areas.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be communicated in advance.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed based on work already completed.
  • Hosting and subscription services are generally non-refundable once activated and in-use.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ravi’s Repair Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of data, revenue, or business operations.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, reports, and content created by Ravi’s Repair Service remain our intellectual property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal or business information shared with us will be used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

Ravi’s Repair Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
